Designing and customizing a Sales CRM solution for an IT infrastructure company in the Middles East with sales offices distributed across three countries with different currencies and time zones in five different organisations and accounts integrated with five different SAP servers was a great challenge, the team at RAALINK undertook recently.
The application was designed by defining the team structure and mapping the accounts and product codes to the different teams with their separate currencies and the top management at HO was able to analyze real time the sales revenues and gross profits and individual team performance.
