The records in various entities are displayed in the CRM through the following type of views: -
List View. The entire
records in an entity (Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, Tasks, etc)
that are accessible to the users are listed with total count on the right
corner. The User cannot edit in the List View (except Mass Update which is
Details View. From the List View any one Record can be selected and the Detail View Opens wherein all the fields of the Selected Record is available to the user to view and Edit (if rights are provided).
